Motives Custom: Blend Your Beauty Hands-on Training (Live on Zoom)

Virtual Custom Blend Class (live on zoom, no recording)

 

You do not need to be affiliated with Market America or Motives Cosmetics in any way in order to attend. Guests are welcome to purchase a ticket. Absolutely no experience is required. Whether you're a seasoned beauty professional or simply recognize the value of earning on average a 200%+ profit margin, you are welcome at this training. 

 

Trainer will open class by identifying the need of a customizable product line and educating class on what makes Motives such a viable solution. Basic Color Theory will be taught so that attendees understand the purpose and intent of the various products that we offer in our Liquid Custom Blend Kit. The Art of Communication will be discussed, as this is essential in creating long lasting client relationships. Students will have the opportunity to go step-by-step in creating their own personalized custom blended product. Trainer will discuss how to work together with a team to maximize sales at a ‘Blend Your Beauty Event’ and how to properly brand you and promote the product. Lastly, you will hear about the incredible supplemental income potential custom blend has to offer. 

 

We will have a short break during the class, so feel free to have snacks nearby.

 

Virtual class tickets are $40.

Should the class be canceled by the trainer due to unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be refunded. No one will be granted access into the class without having purchased a ticket. Now that you've taken our "Motives Custom: Blend Your Beauty" training, we can now dive into the Advanced Workshop. This training will also be open to guests, as long as they purchase a ticket.

1. Deeper dive into how product added in each step impacts the decision of the next step formula

2. Tips for toners when blending darker shades

3. Skin prep for flawless application and higher client spend

4. How to master creating custom blends, virtually

5. Pre-sell Blends & Build share of customer

6. Creating a solid action plan to meet your financial goals

7. Social media & lifestyle marketing advice
